### Why do you want to be an Endorsed Delegate and why should DYDX/stkDYDX holders delegate to you?&#x20;

By the standards of crypto, I am already a grandfather, I am 47 years old. Before crypto, I worked in large non-crypto corporations (Unilever, Mars, J\&J, etc.) and managed sales and marketing in the CIS countries. 3 years ago I ended my career and found myself in crypto. Now I'm immersed in the world of crypto and I work 24/7 and I really like it. I can say that I am already a bit of an expert in WEB 3, DeFi, NFT, etc. At the beginning of 2022, I found out about the dYdX project and from that moment I have been in love with it. I see great potential in the project, a great future and I want to help the project gain global market leadership. For many years of work in large corporations, I have learned to interact with different people and know how to work in a team. I can find a common language and negotiate with everyone.

### How will you connect with and contribute to the dYdX community and governance?&#x20;

The CIS community is Russian speaking. This is a huge target audience for the project, which already holds a large share in crypto and has huge potential for development. I am a member of a large number of Russian-speaking community groups in telegrams with audiences from 3 to 100k people. For example: \
