# Governance Burrow

## What Does The Governance Burrow Do?

The team will be aware of other DAOs out there, be a ninja in all governance procedures and represent the burrow in any governance related activities. You will provide feedback on proposals, participate in polls, commonwealth & voting. 

You’ll also assist in writing proposals for burrows internally, as well as external assessments of project implementations. Identifying the above will ensure dYdX is one step closer to becoming the best perpetual DEX out there!
